How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to get our products to you as quick as possible, orders received before 3pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on a next working day delivery, or a 2 day delivery. For urgent orders we can also offer you a Next Working Day Pre 10am, and a Next Working Day Pre 12pm at an additional cost. We can also offer you a Saturday delivery for your convenience. Should an item be out of stock you will be contacted by a member of our sales team and advised of a delivery and/or offered an alternative product.

What is your Returns Policy?

We have a no quibble returns policy, should you have ordered a product you are not satisfied with i.e. ordered the incorrect size or simply don’t think the product will meet your requirements. Please contact one of our helpful account managers on 01457 832516 to arrange the return (please note items damaged through usage cannot be refunded)

How do I choose the right product?

There are lots of information on our website however if you’re not sure or would like to discuss further your requirements feel free to contact our knowledgeable account managers on 01457 832516.

What courier do you use?

Our courier is DPD they will mail you when your parcel has been dispatched with a consignment number and tracking details. If you’re not available when the courier delivers don’t worry the courier will leave a card and attempt to redeliver the following day.

What happens if you’re out of stock?

We have a warehouse with over 2,500 wheel and castor variants stocked whilst it’s unlikely we will not have stock we will contact you with a comparable product or an estimated delivery date for the product involved. We can part ship the rest of the delivery or deliver the order complete whichever is more suited to yourself.

Do you send me a VAT Invoice?

As all companies based in the United Kingdom we do charge VAT on all orders. We will dispatch in the post/email a copy of the VAT invoice. If you do for any reason not receive an invoice from ourselves please contact us on 01457 832516 and will organise to copy to be sent to you.
